We, CHAN SHAU and CHAK SHI, husband and

wife, natives of WANG LIK, WAI YEUNG, residing at

No. 571, Shanghai Street, Yaumati, Hong Kong, are

makers of this Deed of Presentation. We have a

daughter of our own, born on the 10th day of the

4th moon of the 5th year of the Chinese Republic

between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Her name is TSOI

FUNG, aged 15. At present we are in financial

difficulty and cannot maintain her. Therefore

we desire to present her to someone else at an

agreed price of $100.00. This has been agreed between us husband and wife without any compulsion.

The daughter is hereby presented to CHAU MING to

be brought up and educated. We, CHAN SHAU and

CHAK SHI, husband and wife, should make no

interference and raise no dispute. Should in

future anybody claim the girl, we, CHAN SHAU and CHAK SHI, should be held responsible. To avoid

the unreliability of a verbal promise, this Deed is made as proof.
